WHICH-CRAFT is a network of people working within and towards the common goal of reinstating value within our built environment through materiality, co-creating and acts of care(repair, reuse). This network is a meeting point to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and to provide a platform for people working with practices of care.
Who are we?
Our ‘which-club’ is a collective of women working in the fields of architecture, craft, policy, politics, education, design and care. We seek refuge and support in each other's presence.
We believe that this ‘which club’ goes far beyond the collective who started this. Our questions are born out of the on-going cycle of conversations with our peers, colleagues, students, teachers, passionate craftspeople and spatial practitioners around us.
Why?
The purpose is to create a place where we can extend our existing network, collecting voices and giving space to those who have stories to tell along the way. This network aims to find like-minded practitioners and to provide a place to share our resources, ideas, thoughts, struggles, stories.
